Gameday in Baton Rouge is electric.

The buzz starts days before when superfans plan every detail, from luckiest t-shirt to tastiest eats. We get it. And we love being part of it. Ok, maybe not with attire, but definitely with refreshments. No matter what your plans are, we’ve got a little Bistro for you before, during and after the game.

The pre-game

Deviate from the ordinary and pick up our mod-casual tailgate packages filled with gourmet sandwiches, homemade Zydeco pasta salad, chips-and-dips and desserts. Our perfectly portable pinwheels are available in punchy wasabi chicken, hardy classic club and fresh veggie with chicken, cream cheese and candied pecans. Home fried Bistro chips are the right device for shoveling in our tangy spinach and artichoke dip. Trust us you won’t need any stadium nachos after these! And our mouthwatering Heavenly Chocolate Bitez are the ideal pre-game sweet. Or simply pick any of your favorite Bistro menu items like crawfish étouffée, gumbo and signature salads and take it out in tailgate-size portions.

Take in the win

When your inner Tiger needs to be indoors, come sit in our seats. Each of our locations is outfitted with multiple TVs for easy viewing. Belly up to the bar or a cozy café table and dive into an open-faced Parisian topped with blackened shrimp. Enjoy a real drink (no lukewarm canned beers here) and feast on our beloved bleu cheese chips, mac and fromage croquettes or beef and blue appetizer. Or make a real dinner out of Abita Root Beer-glazed pork chops and poisson paillard, thinly cut fried fish. The always hot gourmet burgers beat out lukewarm stadium dogs, the vibe is festive and the bathroom lines are short and sweet.

The morning after

No matter what - ahem - state of mind you’re in come Sunday morning, stop by Bistro for a real good start to the day. Can’t you see yourself celebrating the big win with a frozen Mimosa or Bloody Mari? We love doing brunch and our Paris with a Southern accent line-up is sumptuous and varied. But, hey, if you’re unsure of what play to run, deploy our mix-and-match option giving you half portions of two of your favorite Bistro brunch items. Pain perdu and eggs Benedict, anyone?
