We’ve just launched our new site–in an effort to be more social, informative and valuable–to all of you that we know, and hope to know better, as the world of Bistro Byronz continues to grow. Gene Todaro, a Lafayette resident and restaurateur, has partnered with Bistro Byronz to bring this Louisiana based concept to Lafayette.

Bistro Byronz has opened its doors in Lafayette! Gene Todaro currently owns and operates Marcello’s Café, The Elephant Room and Marcello’s Wine Shop and is thrilled to be expanding the Bistro Byronz concept into his community. This opening is the third step in the group’s regional expansion plans, building upon the success of the Baton Rouge, Shreveport and Mandeville locations.

Meet the Byronz Sandwich—Our classic more-than-a-sandwich meal that’s real good for lunch, or just enough for lighter dinner at the bistro.

It’s hard to have just one…serving…of our homefried chips—They’re topped with our delicious homemade bleu cheese veloute sauce and crumbles if you like. And not to worry, you don’t have to like bleu cheese to love this dish.

Simple yet savory—Our fresh grilled salmon is finished with our homemade herb butter atop a bed of sauteed spinach. As if that wasn’t enough, we’ve added a side of delicious au gratin potatoes to complete this classic bistro dish.

Join us in Baton Rouge and Shreveport Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights to try out our new Weekend Specials.  We know you love our Pot Roast Creole & are might be a bit hesitant to jump into something new, but we’ve got real good specials to share.
