Bistro Byronz has opened its doors in Lafayette! Gene Todaro currently owns and operates Marcello’s Café, The Elephant Room and Marcello’s Wine Shop and is thrilled to be expanding the Bistro Byronz concept into his community. This opening is the third step in the group’s regional expansion plans, building upon the success of the Baton Rouge, Shreveport and Mandeville locations.
